Benefits: my website helped shorten weekly meetings by at least 40 minutes; I created the first database for the department

September 2019 - December 2019 BYU-I English Transitional Center, Institutional Research Analyst

Purpose: devise methods for collecting data; conduct statistical and qualitative analysis to address improvement goals; help in policy planning
Tools used: Power BI, Qualtrics, Rstudio, logistic & linear regression, R (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly), PowerPoint
Benefits: found at least two areas the center could improve on; discovered irregularities in reports resulting in saving $250

Spring 2020 Adventure Works Cycles, Inc Data Analysis

Purpose: using regression, predict how much a new customer will spend; using classification, predict whether a new customer will buy a certain bike or not
Tools used: Power BI (dax), R (ggplot2, tidyverse, stats).

Purpose: analyze Stand Up comedy shows transcripts to understand the main features that make it more appealing to users
